It’s half the size and weight of the Mighty+ while still providing the same flavor and performance.
The makers of the Crafty+ vape have taken great care in selecting the materials for their product. Almost the entire device is made from plastic, but don’t let that turn you off. The quality of the body feels great and the cooling unit is made from PEEK, a material often used in medical implants.
The internal components are made with medical grade materials too, like stainless steel and aluminum, without any fragile glass. Plus, the air path is isolated from the electronics, so your vapor will be clean and smooth. The Crafty+ is German engineered and manufactured, and it even has electrical certifications.
What’s new
The new model has two improvements that make it better than the old one. The first is improved air flow and draw resistance. This means that every session will be more satisfying. The second improvement is that the new model has a third on-board temperature called Super-Boost. This means that you can enjoy even bigger clouds of vapor.

The new Crafty+ heats up faster than ever before. It now reaches a temperature of 180C/365F in less than 60 seconds. The high-speed heating element has been integrated into the design to help you get started quickly.
The default temperature setting is 356°F (180°C), and the booster temperatures are 383°F (195°C) and 410°F (210°C).
Vapor Quality & Performance
The flavor is the first thing we should address. It’s pure terpene madness with no added aftertaste. The best way to describe it is natural. It’s clear that there are different grades of plastics, with low-grade plastic being inferior to German surgical-grade PEEK.
The combination of conduction and convection heating creates rich, flavorful vapor right from the start, whether you start out with a low or high temperature.
The Cooling Unit ensures that the vapor reaching the mouthpiece is comfortable and satisfying. The cooling unit is really effective, especially for the amount and density of vapor it has to handle. However, keep in mind that these clouds are pretty big, so you might still cough occasionally.
The vapor production and flavor are consistent until the very end. Other vaporizers can produce an unbearable taste if you keep vaping when the flavor has faded. But with all S&B devices, you know when it’s time to stop. Even at the highest setting, the vapor temperature never gets too hot, and the hits are always cool and smooth.
Hybrid Heating Technology
The new Crafty Plus has the same hybrid heating system that combines conduction and convection to give an incredible vaping experience.
The hybrid heating technology is indeed the most prominent feature of the Crafty Plus. The combination of convection and conduction heating gives users a well-rounded experience when vaping both dry herb and concentrates.
Boost & Super-Boost Modes
If you need more heat during your session, pressing the power button twice (boost) or three times (super-boost) will activate one of the modes. The boost mode will increase the temperature by 10 to 15 degrees, and the super-boost mode will increase it to the maximum temperature 410°F (210°C). This is excellent for getting the most out of your herbs towards the end of a session.
The S&B Crafty+ is a versatile vaporizer that can be used with both dry herbs and concentrates. The new ceramic oven makes it easy to use concentrates, but we still recommend keeping your concentrate and herb devices separate.
Chamber Info – The oven is a great size for holding .25g of herb. It’s the same size as the Mighty+, and the new ceramic lining makes it less sticky so it’s a breeze to clean after each session.
App
This vaporizer has only one button. This one button controls the entire device, and you can customize it even more with the optional app. The Crafty+ vape is a great choice whether or not you decide to use the app. However, we do recommend installing it and tweaking things to your liking during the first-time setup.

The Crafty+ comes with one dosing capsule, but we recommend getting the eight-pack of capsules to stay organized and precise. Packing out multiple canisters before leaving your campsite or home could save you time and effort when you need to use the vaporizer. In fact, you could even pre-pack some for your daily routine. Not only does it make cleaning easier, but you’ll also be able to use fewer plastic bags.
